
Productive processes
TIFEC products get to clients after crossing the different stages that make up the productive process.
Each one of them is improved in a continuous way to empower quality and in consequence application results.
The employees of the company are aware that manufacturing movements implies obtaining durable products and high precision and with that conviction they carry out their task with dedication and ability to create.

QUALITY CONTROL
All the batches entered go through the reception inspection process, under the sample method according to IRAM 15 certificate.
NORMALIZED
Before starting the mechanized process, pieces are brought under to a heat treatment, in which pieces re heated to 930°. Then, they are cooled in a suitable way, with the objective of normalized its structure and put hardness within the specified one.
GRANALLADO EN BLANDO SOFT SHOT BLASTING
After the normalized process, pieces get a shot blasting to clean up the scum
CNC TURNING LATHE
Pieces are turned in CNC thorns, leaving on the materials to rectify under the technical treatment.
BROACHING
Pieces that have jagged or cotter or tolerances.
CREATED AND CARVED
Transmission cylindrical gears are created or carved according to the design.
SHAVED
Cylindrical gears are shaved to improve the finishing and geometry of the teeth. In this way, a very silent performance is obtained.
CARVED BEVEL GEAR
Straight and helical bevel gears are cut in machines that generate bevel gears.
CASE HARDENING STEEL AND HARDENING
Pieces are case hardening steeled in a 930°C controlled atmosphere, and cooled in special oils to temper them.
PRESSED HARDENING
Pieces which are capable of being reshaped, as differential gear rim rings or toothed ones , internally , are tempered by pressing them, using for that action special devices to avoid them to be reshaped.
GROUNDED
In this intervention the diameter and the fronts of the gear received their final measurement, with a tolerance of hundredths and thousandths of milimeters.
TEETH GROUNDED
For some applications such as railway gear, compresors and- in general- those of high speed is essential to rectify teeth. With this operation quality DIN4 is obtained.
FINAL TESTER CONTROL
Helical conical assembles are contrololled 100% in the tester. There, teeth contact and sound level is evaluated and it reveals mounting distance.
This difference is recorded in the pinion stem.
QUALITY CONTROL
All operations are developed under strict quality control.
PACKAGING
Pieces are packaged outstanding its preservation against hits and inclemences of transfer. If the client asks packaging norms they are strictly respected.
